Austrian Airlines to fly to Tokyo and Cape Town in 2018

Austrian Airlines is continuing its long-haul expansion with Tokyo and Cape Town rejoining the timetable.

From May 15, 2018 it will resume five flights per week to Tokyo (Narita Airport). The flight time is approximately 11 hours. The flights will take off at 17:55 and land in Tokyo at 12:05 the next day – departing every Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday. The return flights will depart at 14:00, touching down back at Vienna Airport at 19:00 – returning on Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays respectively.

Cape Town will see two flights per week again, starting from October 27, 2018. The flight time is around 11 hours and 25 minutes. The flight will leave Vienna at 10:15 (every Tuesday and Saturday) and arrive
in the South African metropolis at 22:40. The return flight will depart at 00:20 every Wednesday and Sunday, landing in Vienna at 10:50.
