Tokyo-Haneda becoming key choice for Lufthansa

As of 30 March 2014, Lufthansa will head for Tokyo’s biggest airport – Haneda – daily via Frankfurt and Munich. Located in the South of Japan, Haneda airport is a mere 14 km away from the city center. At the same time, also alliance partner ANA will take off from the two German airports to fly to Haneda – instead of Narita – twice a day. In this process, Lufthansa, Austrian and Swiss passengers will benefit from various options for connecting flights provided by ANA within Japan.
