Eurowings adapts SMART tariff

Eurowings is adapting its SMART tariff on short and medium haul routes with a new priority boarding service.

Miles & More status customers that have booked a SMART tariff now have access to priority boarding, which allows them to take their seats faster and guarantees that they will be able to take their hand luggage aboard – even when flights are full. At the same time, the SMART tariff will no longer include free snacks and drinks, which will have to be purchased from the in-flight store. SMART guests will be able to check in one piece of luggage up to a maximum 23kg, as before.
The new concept with priority boarding and guaranteed take-on hand luggage will be introduced at first in Düsseldorf, Dortmund, Hamburg, Cologne/Bonn, Stuttgart, Palma de Mallorca, Vienna and Munich. The service will be in place on all Eurowings flights by September 2019.
