New Montreal service from Austrian Airlines
Austrian Airlines will be offering daily flights from Vienna to Montreal from the end of April.
The Austrian national carrier will launch its year-round service to the Canadian city on 29 April 2019, with daily flights in summer and five flights a week in winter.
Montreal – Canada’s easternmost major city – is located on an island, separated from the mainland by the Saint Lawrence and Ottawa rivers. With its namesake regal mountain – Mont Réal – surrounded by a large park, and the old town steeped in French charm, special moments await around every corner in the city.
Montreal 2019 summer schedules
Flights from Vienna to Montreal take around 9 hours.
The schedule is as follows:
Vienna – Montreal 10:30 – 13:35
Montreal – Vienna 18:45 – 08:45 (+1)
On 30 April 2019 Star Alliance and joint venture partner Air Canada will take over the Vienna Toronto route. This adds another destination for Canada to the Austrian Airlines portfolio, while improving its continental transfer schedules.
